We recognise the projects we are involved in have significant outcomes beyond those without our scope of direct management. We strive to implement, deliver and manage our projects in a way that provides a net benefit - economically, environmentally and socially.

We seek to provide sustainability leadership, education, advice and support to our clients, people, suppliers and to the communities in which we operate. To foster and promote a preventative environment, health and safety culture across all aspects of our business is key to our continued success. We recognise that it is imperative that we provide a safe work environment for our employees and suppliers, whether that be 'in office' or 'on-site'.

We have a fully certified quality, environment, health and safety management system, aligned with national and international standards: 9001 Quality, 14001 Environmental, AS (Australian Standard) 4801 Occupational Health & Safety and ISO 18001OH & S. 

All our projects include a requirement to identify hazards and assess and manage risks using a hierarchy of controls focused on preventing incidents. Guidance for the formulation of project environment, health and safety management plans is provided through our Management System.

We constantly review and strive to improve performance. We communicate policies to clients, our people and our suppliers, set measurable targets for improvement and review our policies and targets at least annually.
