TSGEL has been operating since 1999 and offers project management services to the engineering & construction, events, energy, education, leisure & tourism markets throughout Europe. TSGEL has accumulated a growing portfolio of owners of wind farms or shareholders in wind farms, fully operational or in various stages of development. TSGEL offers a Wind Farm Brokerage Service to facilitate the sale of Wind Farms, Land for Wind Farm development with or without Permits, and Wind Farm Shares.

In December, 2007 TSGEL finalised the sale of all licences, permits and approvals to develop a Wind Farm of approximately 200MW capacity in an area of 93,600m2 located in North West Poland. The transfer was negotiated between Greek construction firm Elliniki Technodomiki TEB AE and Kaszubskie Farmy Wiatrowe Sp.zo.o.
