     Title: Metro PCS appoints Daly International to provide network deployment services in Los Angeles, California

Daly International has appointed to provide Rollout Strategy, Site Acquisition, Zoning and Architectural & Engineering (A&E) services to this start up carrier in the LA Market.

MetroPCS offers wireless broadband personal communication services, or PCS, on a no long-term contract, flat rate, unlimited usage basis in selected major metropolitan areas in the United States.

Since launching in 2002, MetroPCS has been among the fastest growing wireless broadband PCS providers in the United States as measured by both growth in subscribers and revenues. MetroPCS currently owns or has access to wireless licenses covering a population of approximately 140 million in the United States, which includes 14 of the top 25 largest metropolitan areas in the country.

The Los Angeles Market is the next critical market in which Metro PCS is to launch. The initial phases of the network incorporate the deployment of some 640 cell sites across the LA market area. The LA market is recognized as one of the toughest site zoning regimes in the US.

The Daly International team has been selected by MetroPCS for its extensive zoning experience the LA market. The Daly International team has also been selected for its extensive Architectural & Engineering (A&E) capabilities, where a large portion of cell sites will be required to be located on existing structures that are already occupied by an array of existing users.
